Abetanate Cream

This medicine(Abetanate Cream) belongs to a group of drugs called steroids. It is used in treatment of various skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and allergies. It works by reducing swelling, redness, and itchiness of the skin and prevents further irritation.

This medicine(Abetanate Cream) is meant for external use and is to be used only as explained by your physician. Wash and dry the impacted area before applying a thin layer of the drug. Abstain from any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with plenty of water if you accidentally get it in these areas. Abstain from covering the treated area with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a physician.Using the drug may cause skin thinning, burning sensation, irritation, redness, and swelling at the site of application. These are short term and usually resolve with time. Although, if they persist or worsen, let your physician know.

This medicine(Abetanate Cream) is not advised to be used in kidren. Pregnant and lactating mothers should consult their physicians before using this drug.
