Abtelmi-Amh Tablet

This medicine(Abtelmi-Amh Tablet) should be administered with or without food. The dosage will depend on your condition and how you respond to the drug. Try to take it at the same time each day. It is important to continue this drug until your physician tells you not to. It contains a diuretic (water pill) and will make you urinate more so, it is best to abstain from taking this drug within four hours of going to bed. Use this drug routinely to get the most benefit from it even if you feel well. High blood pressure does not usually have symptoms and if you stop consuming it your risk of heart attack or stroke may increase.

The most common adverse effects of this drug include ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, tiredness, and taste change. Consult your physician If any of these bother you, or get worse, or won’t go away. Drink plenty of fluids while taking drug to overcome muscle weakness, dry mouth, and extreme thirst.

Before consuming it, let your physician know if you have any hepato billiary or renal problems. Pregnant or lactating women should also consult their physician for advice before taking this drug. You also need to tell your physician what other drugs you are taking especially those used in treatment of high blood pressure or heart conditions. You should have your blood pressure, renal function, level of electrolytes, and random blood sugar level checked routinely to make sure that this drug is working properly.
