This medicine(Aeldol 25mg Tablet) should be administered with or without food. Take it exactly as your physician has advised. The dosage and how often you take it depends on what you are consuming it for. Your physician will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Take it for as long as it is advised for you. In case, you have missed any dosages, take the next dosage as soon as you keep in mind it. Although, you should never take a double dosage.
The most common adverse effects of this drug include sedation, nausea, vomiting, pain abdomen, and constipation. If these bother you or appear serious, let your physician know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. You must abstain from driving or attention-seeking activity while on treatment.
Before taking this drug, let your physician know if you have heart problems or have high blood pressure, have hepato billiary or renal problems. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, or lactating. Your physician should also know about all other drugs you are taking as many of these may make this drug less effective or change the way it works. Generally, it is explained to abstain from alcohol while on treatment.
