Description
This medicine(Benzpride 5% Gel) may be used alone or with other acne treatments. You should use it as explained by your physician. Follow the directions provided in the product leaflet to get the most out of this drug. Wash and dry the impacted area before drug application. It is usually used once or twice a day. Dont apply it to damaged or broken skin and abstain from contact with your mouth, eyes, and nose. It may take several weeks for your symptoms to improve, keep using it as explained. Consult your physician after a month of routine use of this drug, if your condition is not improving.
This medicine(Benzpride 5% Gel) has some common adverse effects including pruritis, stinging, peeling, and redness of the skin. They are not usually serious but tell your physician if they bother you or dont go away. You may need to apply a smaller amount or use it less often. This drug can make you more sensitive to sunlight. While using it, try to abstain from exposure to too much sunlight. If this is unabstain fromable, apply the drug in the evening. It can also bleach hair and fabrics including clothes so be careful to abstain from contact with these.
It is a safe drug, but you should inform your physician if you have other skin conditions and if you are using any other drugs, especially those applied to the skin. It may not be suitable if you have very sensitive skin. Ask your physician about using this drug if you are pregnant or lactating.
