Dont skip any dosages and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better and if you have missed a dosage, take it as soon as you keep in mind. You should continue to take this drug for as long as the physician advises and dont stop consuming it suddenly.

Side effects associated with the use of this drug include neck pain, dry mouth, sensation of heaviness, nausea, weakness, jaw pain, throat pain, and paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation). Although, these are usually short term and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your physician if these dont subside or worry you.

It may also cause increased sleep at the beginning of your treatment, so dont drive, operate machinery, until you know how this drug affects you. This drug may cause changes in your mood and you may feel depressed, therefore, routine monitoring of behavior is important. Pregnant or lactating mothers should consult their physician before taking this drug.

Inform your physician if you are suffering from any heart problems, as the use of This medicine(Maxtan 10 Tablet) is contraindicated in some heart diseases. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is required while taking this drug. Consult your physician and stop this drug if you develop severe chest or pain abdomen, bloody loose motions, or significantly high blood pressure, after taking this drug.
