Pregacon 25 Capsule

This medicine(Pregacon 25 Capsule) belongs to the anti-epileptic group of drugs and can also be used in treatment of certain types of seizures (fits) in combination with other drugs. Additionally, it may also be advised in treatment of the symptoms of anxiety disorder if other drugs are not suitable.

You can take This medicine(Pregacon 25 Capsule) with or without food, but it is important to take this drug at the same time each day to get the most benefit. The exact dosage and duration of treatment will depend on your condition and how you respond to it. Your physician will probably start this drug at a low dosage and increase it gradually. It may take a few weeks for the drug to work properly. Follow your physician’s directions and continue consuming it routinely until your physician advises you to stop. Dont miss any dosage, otherwise, your condition may worsen.

The adverse effects of this drug are usually mild and go away by themselves. The most common ones are feeling sleepy or dizzy, dryness in the mouth, blurred vision, weight gain, edema (swelling over the whole body), and difficulty in concentrating. Most adverse effects are not serious and dont need medical attention. Talk to your physician about potential adverse effects and ways in which you might prevent or cope with them.

Before taking the drug you should inform your physician if you are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant. Be careful while driving as increased sleep, dizziness, and blurring of vision may be seen as adverse effects. You should abstain from drinking alcohol along with this drug as it may lead to excessive increased sleep and dizziness.
