Description
This medicine(Sentrane 25mg Capsule) is administered with food in a dosage and duration as explained by the physician. The dosage you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the drug. You should continue this drug for as long as your physician recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may reappear and your condition may worsen. Let your physician know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be impacted by this drug.
The most common adverse effects are dry lips, dryness in the mouth, skin peeling, joint pain, pruritis, runny nose, nosebleeds, hair loss, and increased levels of blood fat. Most of these are short term and usually resolve with time. Contact your physician straight away if you are at all worried about any of these adverse effects. It may cause dizziness and increased sleep, so dont drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this drug affects you. Abstain from drinking alcohol while taking this drug as it can make dizziness worse.
Abstain from sun exposure and cover the treated areas with clothing or use a sunscreen before stepping out in the sun. Your physician may get your routine blood tests done to monitor your hepato billiary function and the levels of fats such as cholesterol in your blood. You should inform your physician if you have any renal or hepato billiary diseases so that your physician can prescribe a suitable dosage for you. Before taking this drug, you should inform your physician if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or lactating as This medicine(Sentrane 25mg Capsule) can cause fetal abnormalities.
